JOB SUMMARY:

This position is located in the Arlington, Virginia office of the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Division of Administration,
Human Resources Branch, Corporate HR Performance & Compensation
Section, and provides program and project support in
the administration and enhancement of the Corporation's Compensation
Program. FDIC's compensation program, which is largely exempt from
Title 5 pay, covers a predominately salaried workforce located
throughout the United States in a unionized, pay for performance
environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* This position requires occasional overnight travel.
