· Customer care answer fundamental and general questions and promote retention by responding to the concerns of the customer in a professional and pleasant manner. They also troubleshoot product performance issues, resolve complaints from clients and process payments and refunds at the presentation of the company in a positive way.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Open to work in the morning or the afternoon shift.
