Description
The TRG Customer Service representatives offer a variety of services to customers of BNY Mellon customer through the application of the knowledge of the BNYM designated services and products of this program. Calls incoming shareholder of answer, examine and collect information on customers to determine the requirements for service solutions. Resolve client requests, questions and complaints; Situations should be to determine the best solution to meet the needs of customer?s. Provide detailed information, including the balances and prices, by accurately access information on the account of databases while engaging the client and entering in appropriate ratings. This situation offers a full 8 weeks paid training program. This position is in a call center environment.
TRG is located in RIDC Park West Business, near the Robinson Township in the Pittsburgh Metro area.
Candidates must be available to work from 8 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday. We offer training paid at $10.50 per hour with the possibility to earn up to $15.50 per hour after training.
Tasks:
Accept incoming phone calls from customers about their accounts
Answer any questions and concerns of the customer as well as provide BNYM and produced on each call of affiliation
Enter the appropriate database changes, notes, and other records of the interactions and transactions
Excellent adhesion of attendance and the schedule is critical
