Description
The Call Center representative must make telephone calls on behalf of our clients. The position performs the standards of quality established and in accordance with the guidelines set out by the company and the client. Call Center Representative is expected to meet or exceed the established goals, attend and participate actively in training programs, retraining and up-training. Opening hours are dictated by the client applications and agents must be available during these periods.
