KEY FUNCTIONS:
-Specialist client support interface with clients, analyze and understand the issues of providing solutions / resolutions in a timely manner.
-Analyze and coordinate the resolution of problems related to the production data.
-Maintain adequate communication with clients and it management. Act as liaison between companies, vendors, and other support teams.
-Escalate issues when required to ensure timely resolution.
-Become the main point of contact for reporting and data issues and requests.
-Develop relationships with other it groups to ensure that all issues are addressed as expatiated and effective and that users are kept up-to-date at all times.
