[Part time] Head of business development (sales) to the client of quality Services

Role: Business development professional to perform at the Executive level and has passion for sales. To build relationships with customers by working in tandem with the generation of the operations team and lead team and generate sales for outsourcing the administrative processes and KPO services.

Job description:

? Role is to generate sales for the services of the BPO/KPO of customers all over the United States, ME, UK & APEC from abroad.

? Ensure prompt follow up on the customer enquiry and leads generated.

? Promoting the range of products and service offerings.

? Contact and schedule an appointment with the lead, meet the lead if present in the same city.

? Generate contacts with tools of social networking & existing databases such as LinkedIn, spoke, Leads411 etc.

? Perform impromptu calls & e-mail campaigns to generate leads and work with support staff to transform them into opportunities.

? You will be measured by the Volume of the generated income.

? Excellent client data management with tools such as MS.

Job specifications:

Approach on the client ? & balance performing Act between quality and Volume.

? Hands on experience in research web & MS-Office Tools

? Good communication and interpersonal relations

Compensation:

? incentives are calculated in three models i.e. sales incentives, bonuses, and residual income on a total of 20%

? The sales allowance will be made when the customer pays to the organization.

? The above mentioned compensation is for each sale made and process only.

? For a time Bill pay will be decided before the agreement with the client.

? all payments are subject to the Government of the India tax and refuse.

Independent ? is responsible for paying taxes of the land they inhabit.
