Support engineer

Looking for a 2nd/3rd line engineer, Edinburgh, on the basis of the support we are here for, if our users from Scotland and Northern England. This role combines both proactive and treat the users visits helpdesk phone support through out. The applicant is a desktop is a good understanding of Microsoft software, networking and telecommunications, is able to communicate at all levels, and could operate independently within the framework defined in. This is an agreement in the form of a database on 31 March 2012, with the possible extension of the possibilities.

25 000 sterling, £ 27,000 per annum (pro rata for the duration of the contract)

Hours: Full time
About the contract: 8 mths
