It should be appropriate to the topic of the Postholder and the understanding of the agricultural and rural development policies in Scotland, as well as the CAP: the diploma of honours. Policy, working environment, experience is important, as a good advocacy and communication skills, and ability to work as part of the group. Birds, habitats, and general knowledge of the geography of Scotland is desirable.
