Mandatory:

· Mandatory: Familiarity with IBM Queuing Technologies (must know how to manage queues and have a thorough understanding of queues)

· Required: knowledge of IBM Message Broker (not necessarily a programmer kernel hard but should have a good understanding of the workflow process to the message broker)

· Required: Strong understanding of XML and XML schema and Web services protocols.

· Required: Strong understanding of technologies of database (ORACLE preferred but an understanding or a solid knowledge of comparable database methods).

· Good communication skills (written and verbal ? Microsoft Visio and Project knowledge is a plus).

· Team player and it is easy to work with a positive attitude
