This is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing retail business of Europe's largest nature conservation charity.
Based at Severn Trent Water's inspiring visitor centre at Carsington Water, you will support our Retail Manager to lead the team of staff and volunteers to provide excellent customer service, generate sales, gain support for the RSPB and build the success of the business.
Previous experience in a practical supervisory position in retail or hospitality is essential. You will receive excellent training and development opportunities, along with a competitive salary, as well as the satisfaction of being part of an exceptional organisation.
£14,000 to £16,000 per annum
