Could you lead the growth and development of RSPB Ecological Services, the charity's land management and ecological contracting arm in the Southwest? We are looking for a capable, creative and dynamic business manager who will champion a culture of continuous improvement, business innovation and excellence in customer service. A good networker with a good understanding of the land management sector and sound business acumen, you will shape and grow the operation sustainably, to ensure long term profitability, whilst building on our reputation for delivering first class services.

£23,000 to £25,000 per annum pro rata

Hours: Part time, 3 days a week
