Are you an experienced Site Warden or Project Officer looking to take that next step towards managing a large site or programme of works? If so, the RSPB/National Trust Eastern Moors Partnership - the first ever collaborative land management partnership between the UK's two largest conservation organisations - would like to hear from you. We offer an exciting opportunity to project manage the delivery of a landscape scale programme of habitat restoration works, while securing new environmental grants and business opportunities for this 2,700 ha upland estate in the Peak District National Park, on the edge of Sheffield. In addition, the Project Manager will help develop the capacity of the existing site team, play a leading role in the day to day operational management of the site, including stakeholder engagement, roll out of partnership brand, managing risk & compliance and supporting the development and implementation of the sites ecological monitoring programme. Ability to manage diverse work programmes, work to deadlines and excellent communication skills are essential. You will have had experience of managing reserves and/or estates, project managing grants and contractors and show a passion for working with people and wildlife.

£20,000 to £22,000 pa

Hours: Full time, Occational anti-social hours - evenings, weekends, bank holidays.
