As part of our 2nd line application support team you will do a mixture of Application Support, Maintenance and Upgrades. We Support a diverse range of specialist business applications including Accounting, Personnel, GIS, Conservation, Volunteering, Web Content Management, Order Processing and Stock Control and Contact Relationship Management (CRM). As well as providing support you will also be involved in system maintenance and software upgrades. We are looking for an applicant with proven experience of providing support for specialist business application software in a Microsoft Windows environment. Knowledge of SQL will be required for this role. While normal working hours are 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday those hours can be flexible between 8am and 6pm or the role could be suitable for 2 applicants looking for part time opportunities.

£22,000 to £25,000 per annum
