The RSPB are currently recruiting for a Warden at our Forsinard Flows reserve. You will be based on this wild 21,000ha reserve which comprises 14% of RSPB's UK reserve area at the heart of the proposed Flow Country World Heritage Site and Futurescape.
In addition to carrying out conservation management works this post will have a responsibility for the extensive survey and monitoring programme and the management of data and reporting. You will manage the assistant warden and residential volunteer team to deliver this as well as works towards hydrological restoration, deer management, hill farming, native woodland creation, visitor centre, trails and schools programme.
Significant relevant conservation experience required as well as knowledge of upland land management.

£17,000 to £19,000 per annum
