Assistant Investigations Officer

Location: Bedfordshire


Can you contribute to the RSPB's work to tackle wildlife crime in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, working with statutory enforcement authorities to apprehend those who break wildlife laws? This is a rare opportunity to work with the RSPB's Investigations team for 8 months, assisting with investigations into crimes against wild birds, particularly birds of prey. We're looking for a degree-level education, strong interpersonal skills, sound bird identification skills and a flexible approach. If you fit the bill, and you are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in proactive species conservation work, then we would like to talk to you!


£17,000 to £21,000 pa


Hours: Full time
Contract: Till 31st August 2012
