We require an experienced direct marketing professional to lead our Supporter Marketing Team. The successful candidate will manage a team of 10 and lead the development and delivery of the supporter marketing strategy: recruiting and developing new financial supporters for the RSPB, through the full direct marketing channel mix.
Experience of planning and delivering integrated direct marketing campaigns is vital and the successful candidate will need strong budget management skills and financial acumen. They will be educated to degree standard and line management experience is essential. The role requires close working relationships with a number of internal departments and therefore good communication skills and the ability to influence others outside of direct reporting structures are essential.
£33,000 - £37,000 pa
