This involves facilitating around 80 farm surveys a year through the pairing of volunteers with farmers. Experience is required in supervising and training volunteers, undertaking farmland bird surveys, and farmland bird ID skills. The postholder will need to be personable and patient, have great communication skills and the ability to instil enthusiasm in farmers and volunteers.
