Volunteering continues to go from strength to strength in Northern England and we need an enthusiastic and committed person to oversee volunteer development. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to champion volunteering across RSPB's regional operations. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, provide expert advice and training to the wider regional team.
Excellent communication skills are a requirement for this post, together with previous experience of working with and managing volunteers.
£18,000 to £21,000 pa
Hours: Full time
Contract: maximum 1 year
