To mobilise volunteer support to help RSPB make Northern Ireland a better place for nature and people. The postholder will mobilise volunteers to help meet the RSPB's strategic aims and business objectives, encouraging and enabling people to become and remain volunteers with the RSPB. This will be achieved through the delivery of a first-class volunteering experience, broadening the range of people involved in volunteering and community action with the RSPB.
£18,000 to £21,000
