Haweswater is a new venture building on past collaboration between RSPB and United Utilities. It is the most important drinking water catchment in North-West England.


Leading, managing and inspiring a new reserves and farming team, you will plan, co-ordinate and implement a programme of innovative, high priority conservation work integrated into an upland farming operation.


You will have experience working in the conservation sector, with a high level of knowledge and understanding of upland issues including upland agriculture. You will need to demonstrate experience of working in partnerships and the ability to build support and input from a wide range of stakeholders.


£22,000 to £26,000
