The Sea Eagle Assistant will support the East Scotland Sea Eagle Officer in the delivery of 'SEEVIEWS', the 6th year of the East Scotland Sea Eagle Project, funded by HLF and Leader. This will involve assisting with the translocation of up to 20 Norwegian birds in summer 2012, the monitoring of the whole translocated population, the extensive public promotion of the project, and liaison with partners and stakeholders. An enthusiastic outgoing and organised approach will be required along with good communication skills and some practical and academic bird background. The will be a 7 month contract from March to September covering the breeding/translocation period.
£13,000 to £15,000 pa
