Are you an experienced volunteer manager who can inspire others to step up and support our work through volunteering? You will lead the Midlands region on all aspects of our volunteering, working closely across the regional team, supporting and training staff and looking for new ways to attract volunteers. You'll ensure we offer a wide range of relevant opportunities to potential volunteers and that existing volunteers are offered a first class experience. You will also manage our network of RSPB local groups.
£18,000 to £21,000 pa
